ABC Radio National - Encounter - 'Auburn'

Aired on 19 June, 2011 on ABC Radio National's Encounter programme, this episode focuses on the Sydney suburb of Auburn, which has been declared a Refugee Welcome Zone. The program has a focus on the ethnic and religious diversity of the area, and on the desire of all to work together for a community at peace. The Rev. Mele Fakahua-Ratcliffe (Uniting Church minister) features, as do our friends from the Affinity Intercultural Foundation and the Hindu Sri Mandir Temple.

ABC's Compass - The Quiet Revolution

Airing on the ABC in July, 2007, the three part series 'The Quiet Revolution' explores an alternative to religious fundamentalism as a response to events such as 9/11. Featuring interviews with Paul Knitter, Raimon Panikkar, Dirk Ficca, Hans Kung, Stephanie Dowrick, and Kofi Annan, for example, this series discusses radical religious thought and the emerging interfaith movement.
